Peering 3.0: Connecting and Operating Secure, Efficient and Intelligent Internet Infrastructure

VNIX-NOG is an annual technical forum for members of the Vietnam National Internet Exchange (VNIX), bringing together Internet network operators, experts, and engineers from Vietnam and abroad. The 11th VNIX-NOG Conference 2026 aims to strengthen the sharing of information and operational experience in network connectivity, network operations, and the adoption of new Internet technologies, while promoting domestic Internet peering connectivity.

In 2026, under the theme “Peering 3.0: Connecting and Operating a Safe, Efficient, and Smart Internet Infrastructure”, VNIX-NOG will focus on key trends and technical challenges facing Internet infrastructure today, including IXP development and Peering/Transit optimization; routing modernization; network infrastructure for AI and Data Centers; the application of programmable networking technologies, automation, and AI in network operations and management; enhanced routing security; and improved performance and large-scale DNS operations.

Through these efforts, the Conference will contribute to technological innovation and improvements in the quality, efficiency, and security of Vietnam’s Internet infrastructure, towards a modern, smart, secure, and sustainable Internet ecosystem, while strengthening connectivity and cooperation between the Vietnamese and international Internet technical communities.
